These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “your”, “user”) and Earn.cc/Earn APP (hereinafter referred to as “Earn.cc”, the “Application”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Statement carefully. By using this website you agree to be bound by the current Terms and our Privacy Statement.

If you do not agree to the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

YOU CANNOT USE EARN.cc IF:

· You’re below the legal age in the country you reside in, or you’re legally incompetent in any other way to form a binding agreement as intended herein;

· You are prohibited from using the Application under any applicable laws, including the laws of your country of residence or from which you use the Application;

· Legal agreements with your internet or mobile service provider (etc.) prohibit you from entering agreements similar to this one by defining how you can share your internet traffic, IP address, and device resources, among other things. You’re developing or have developed a competing product and plan to access the Application for the purpose of monitoring behavior, availability, performance, and/or functionality or for any other competitive purpose.

Intellectual Property Statement

Earn.cc grants you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

(a) print, download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, store, transmit or modify the Website or the Content or any part or derivative work thereof (except printing a limited copy for personal, non-commercial use, automatic caching and temporary RAM storage of Website materials arising from viewing or accessing the Website);

(b) resell or commercially use any collection or any product listings, descriptions or prices (unless you have a business relationship with us and authorize such use);

(c) Create derivative works of the Site or the Content; or delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from copies of materials from the Site. If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Site in violation of these Terms, your right to use the Site will terminate immediately and you must promptly return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. User Instructions

1.Users should register true, complete and accurate personal information. The true and complete user information will serve as the basis for Earn.cc to provide after-sales service and the premise for users to obtain legal protection.

2.If the user fails to fill in the true, complete and accurate personal information, the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities caused by it, including but not limited to: loss of account password, account disputes with others, etc.

Account, Password and Security

Upon completing the registration process for the Service, you will receive an account name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Earn.cc of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

· To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Earn.cc, an Earn.cc employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).

· To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone from using or enjoying the Site, or that, as determined by us, may harm Earn.cc or the Site's users or expose them to liability.

· To access data not intended for you or to log into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.

· To use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Site. · Imposing or attempting to impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on Earn.cc’s infrastructure or the bandwidth or infrastructure of the company hosting the Website (as determined in the sole discretion of Earn.cc or the vendor affected by your actions).

· Using any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website.

· Deploy, distribute, transmit, design or use computer programs (including algorithms, scripts, code, robots, viruses or Trojans) that introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website.

· Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Earn.cc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that

(a) the Earn.cc service or software will meet your requirements;

(b) the Earn.cc service or software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;

(c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Earn.cc service or software will be accurate or reliable;

(d) your expectations will be met by the Earn.cc service or software; and

(e) any errors in the software will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Earn.cc service or software is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, internet access, downloading or display device, or loss of data that results from the download of any such material, and hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action.

Violation of Terms

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Earn.cc. Earn.cc reserves the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your rights to use or access all or part of the Site (including any account therein) without notice, in its sole discretion, and for any reason, including your violation of any of the Terms, without liability to you. Earn.cc shall have all other legal and equitable rights and remedies available to it as a result of such violation.
