Error: Invalid UID!

If you receive the error message "Invalid UID!" when trying to log in to your Earn app account on macOS or Windows, try the following suggestions:


Windows

Try clearing the app data following the same instructions in this guide. Then, try to log in again. Please note that clearing the app data will not delete your Earn or any progress you have made.


macOS

Access the Keychain on your macOS device (this can be done by opening Finder, then Utilities, and finally pressing "Keychain Access"). There, delete the Earn entry and try to log in again.
